Be Nourished Mayonnaise

Mayonnaise is a wonderful ingredient for some of our recipes but also is a fabulous condiment - we make it even better by helping you "krauitfy" your mayo and just in time for your next BBQ!

Ingredients

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1tsp sea salt
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp kraut juice

Instructions

  1. Place egg yolks in blender and blend.
  2. Add vinegar, honey, mustard and salt and blend a little more.
  3. Pour in oil slowly to emulsify.
  4. Add kraut juice.
  5. Transfer into a jar, making sure the top is clean. Put a lid on and leave at room temperature 7 hours before transferring to the fridge.
