Be Nourished Mayonnaise
Mayonnaise is a wonderful ingredient for some of our recipes but also is a fabulous condiment - we make it even better by helping you "krauitfy" your mayo and just in time for your next BBQ!
Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1tsp sea salt
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp kraut juice
Instructions
- Place egg yolks in blender and blend.
- Add vinegar, honey, mustard and salt and blend a little more.
- Pour in oil slowly to emulsify.
- Add kraut juice.
- Transfer into a jar, making sure the top is clean. Put a lid on and leave at room temperature 7 hours before transferring to the fridge.
