- Turmeric
- Roast kumara
- Rocket
- Snow pea shoots
- Microgreens
- Avocado
- Black sesame seeds
- Turmeric spicy kale chips
- Carrot stars
- Be Nourished Rudy red sauerkraut
- Beetroot and carrot juice pulp
- 3 TBS soaked ground flaxseeds
- 1 TBS chopped rosemary
- A few pinches of cayenne pepper
- Leftover juice (beetroot and carrot) pulp
