Ingredients

  • 1 cup almonds (activated if possible)
  • 1 cup cashews (activated if possible)
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 10 or more dates (medjool the nicest)
  • Juice and zest of 1 or 2 lemons
  • 1/2 cup Just Kraut

Instructions

  1. In a food processor fitted with the S blade, blend the nuts into a fine meal.
  2. Add the dates, coconut and lemon juice/zest; pulse until combined.
  3. Add in the sauerkraut and pulse just a little more.
  4. Roll into balls and refrigerate.
